- Grand welcome to 15 Corona Conquerors in Cyberabad Commissionerate

 

Cyberabad: Today i.e, on 10 July 2020, a grand welcome has been arranged by Commissioner of Police Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS., to the 15 police personnels Covid 19 conquerors of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. CP arranged a grand welcome to them and applaused by Senior officers with flower pot, shawl and a small gift. Sharing their experiences, the police persons who were recovered from covid-19 said their concern showed by the Commissioner VC Sajjanar, IPS., give them moral boost.

The covid conquerors are Traffic Training Institute CI R. Shyam Sunder Reddy, CI M. Srinivasulu Madhapur Traffic PS, Miyapur SI Veera Bhadram, L. Rajeswar Rao PC, Sevya Naik PC and others have been welcomed by the amidst applause by officers of  Cyberabad.

CP Said.. gargling of salt water, meditation, drinking warm water, taking warm and fresh food, vitamin tablets, turmeric milk and consult medical team as soon as there are symptoms. Those in home isolation should strictly follow guidelines and everyone has to exercise self-restraint and adapt to the new pattern of living he added.

All the officers have been mentally strong and have created their own destiny with the support of family and with a strong will power that they have overcome the disease and joined the duty. He stated that in a similar manner the other officers who are now undergoing treatment will also emerge victorious in the fight against Covid.   

Cp praised all the DCP rank officers continuously monitored the situation from the lock down and reporting him. Covid conquerors should be role models for others. One should be alert till the vaccine comes. 

DCP Traffic SM Vijay Kumar, IPS., stated that with best medical treatment Cyberabad police personnel had overcome from Covid 19. The experiences of Covid 19 recovered persons is valuable. We should not be haunted by fear of disease but confront it and emerge victorious. All  the officers were mentally strong and had created their own destiny with the support of their families and with a strong will power to overcome the disease. He stated that in a similar manner, other officers who were now undergoing treatment would also emerge victorious in the fight against Covid-19. 

DCP Crimes Rohini Priyadarshini IPS., said that the officers who got positive symptoms  should isolate themselves and should stay away from their families. Police should be responsible and should take care of their colleagues and their sub-ordinates. Officers who got  negative should not neglect and continue immunity building measures and be strong psychologically. Fear should go from people. Those who have co-morbid conditions have to be very careful. Washing hands often and wearing face mask is the new normal now.

W&CSW DCP Anasuya said CP sir is taking all the precautionary measures from day 1 and continuously monitoring with all the DCPs. One should maintain healthy life style she added. Social distancing, wearing masks and building of immune system is the only solution. One should be confident enough to fight with covid 19. CP Sir’s words and encouragement is the only mantra for the police personnels to recover from Covid. 

ADCP Manikraj said.. CP Sir not only got them tested and referred to hospital but also continuously monitored police condition everyday, ensured better care. He spoke to them when in the hospital bed enquiring. Apart from doctors injecting more confidence, enquiries by fellow officers too kept calling them enquiring progress in their recovery. After discharge from hospitals,the  commissioner sent them tax of immunity boosters.. Chyawanprash, dry fruits and medicines etc.

ADCP CSW Venkat Reddy said Police equally woked with Doctors, as doctors treating Covid 19 patients while police helped in not to spread COvid 19. 

Cyberabad CTC unit Dr sukumar said people to practice yoga and meditation apart from drinking warm water and eating fresh food. Please consult medical teams as soon as there are symptoms. Unit Doctors thanked CP Sir for taking all kind of measures like PPE Kits, Gloves, N95 masks etc and other medical equipments were provided to the Cyberabad unit Doctors. 

Covid frontline warriors shared their experiences: 

Each one of them shared their experiences specially elucidating the process of recovery through coping with the stress of being detected by Covid 19, the confidence built by team of doctors, their colleagues at office and their officers. 

All of them expressed their sincere gratitude to the CP Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS., for calling each of them personally and instilling confidence and for providing best treatment possible to each of them and also pursuing the treatment right from the date of detection. 

They said that their families are also happy for the gesture of sending chawanprash, dry fruits and medicine kit even after discharge from hospital or isolation. 

All of them stressed the importance of building immunity through proper diet, medicines, home remedies like steam, warm water gargling and being mentally strong.  All the Covid-19 conquerors were felicitated by the officers of  Cyberabad.
