NABBED NOTORIOUS INTER STATE HOUSE BURGLARY GANG-03 HELD  

 The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team, Hyderabad along with Marredpally Police  apprehended a notorious & Habitual INTER STATE house burglary (PUNE) gang by name 1)Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani (Notorious PROPERTY OFFENDER), 2)Akshay Popat Padule (Accomplice) & 3) Vikram Singh Rajput (Receiver) and detected (04) theft cases of  Hyderabad City Commissionerate. The accused persons are most wanted offenders during the recent period in the Commissionerate of Hyderabad.  

? Details of accused persons:-

1.  Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani @ Sangatsing Kalyani @ Sangamsing Ajmersing Kalyani S/o.Azmeer Singh Kalyan, age. 38 yrs, occ. Sheepherder/Hog farming  R/o. Thevur parta (villge), Rugham, Pune, Maharashtra State.

 

( Notorious Inter State House Burglary offender of Pune, Maharashtra State) 

(Previously arrested in 17 property offences including dacoits, Attempt to murder cases in various PSs of Maharashtra State )

2. Akshay Popat Padule S/o. Popat Padule, age. 26 yrs, occ. Car driver R/o. Hadpsar village, Pune, Maharashtra State , (Accomplice & Rider of the Scooty vehicle Reg No. MH12RJ3563)

(Previously arrested in 01 property theft case in Mundhwa PS, Pune 

3. Vikram Singh Rajput S/o. Aam Singh Rajput, age. 29 yrs, Occ. Jeweler business R/o. Dhanvarsha jewelers, Manjari road, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra State N/o. Padaradi Kalan ( village), Barmer, Kuship ( Tq), Rajasthan State, (Associate/Stolen property Receiver )

? Brief history of  accused persons :

  The accused Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani is native of Pune, Maharashtra State, he is notorious and habitual House burglary offender. Initially he is Sheepherder and also doing Pig farming for his livelihood. He is ambitious about  luxurious life style and his income is not sufficient to fulfill his luxurious life.  To gain easy money he started committing property  offence since 2005 onwards. 

  He has committed more than  (17) house burglaries and  theft Cases in and around Maharashtra State.

   The accused  Akshay Popat Padule is native of Hadapsar village, Pune, Maharashtra State. He is a car driver by profession. He is also a property offender. Previously arrested in (1) H.B cases in the limits of Mundhwa PS, Pune. He is an accomplice  of main accused Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani, presently  both involved in 04 House burglary offences at Hyderabad Commissionerate.  

  The accused Vikram Singh Rajput is native of Padaradi Kalan ( village), Barmer, Kuship ( Tq), Rajasthan State. He is running Jeweler shop  on the name of  Dhanvarsha Jeweler shop,  Manjari road, Hadapsar, Pune and receiving stolen property from above offenders.

? MODUS OPERANDI & BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASES:-

The accused Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani is a notorious and habitual House burglary offender. He is engaging new associates for commit property theft. While going to commit offence he carries   Iron rod, Screw driver by concealing it in his wear clothing.  He along with his associate used to  move in the locality on two wheeler  and observe the locked hoses from outside and recce the target house, observed the surroundings, meanwhile his associate observed the movement of public in surroundings he gain entry into house by breaking  open main door lock/latch or  back side door of the house and commit theft of  Gold, Silver ornaments, Cash & valuable property and sped away from the place with the booty. He is a master in lock breakings. He used to change his associates once arrested by police. He is shifting his residence  from one place to another place to avoid Police surveillance.   

As per their plan on 06-07-2021 main accused Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani handed over the scooty Reg No. MH12RJ-3563 (TVS Jupiter)  to his accomplice Akshay Popat Padule with  instructions to reach  Hyderabad on the vehicle and stay at City outskirts and also procured fake number plate to fix to at the vehicle for concealing the original identity of Scooty. 

Accordingly on 06-07-2021 at 10 PM the accused Akshay Popat Padule reached Sangareddy and took shelter. Later on 07-07-2021 the main accused reached  Miyapur bus stop by bus and met  his associate at Miyapur Metro Station and fixed fake number plate to the scooty.  

  After that On 07/07/2021 on day hours the accused persons Sangat Singh Ajmersingh Kalyani & Akshay Popat Padule jointly committed (04)  H.B By day offence  in the limits of  Marredpally  PS-02, Kachiguda PS-01, Amberpet PS-01  and stolen Gold, Silver ornaments  & some cash and sped away with the stolen property  on their  scooty vehicle Reg No. MH12RJ-3563 (TVS Jupiter.
